Professional and Compassionate Care. Crown Home Care provided two excellent live-in carers to look after my mother over a period of twelve months until she passed away last month (Feb. '21). She had become frail and suffered from advanced Alzheimer's but the carers treated her, at all times, with the utmost respect and kindness. They were professional and dedicated, ensuring my mother was comfortable and happy until the end.

Crown Home Care is well one of the best care agencies I have come across. I have now around 6 years of care experiences and in that time I have had the opportunities to get to know a few agencies, and talking purely from the employee (domestic cater) point of view you truly are lucky if you get a job there. It is one of very few agencies that will give you enough time with your client and realistic travel time, without worrying about getting speeding tickets. And as far as the office-carer communication, they are spot on. Also want to mention that the trainers for mandatory trainings are very professional kind and experienced, which I personally find very reassuring. I normally don't leave employer reviews actually it's my first one, but good words have to be said where they are deserved. That being said, good luck to the company and to all who would be hesitating whether to get the job or not - give it a shot.
