        I ordered boxes from this company which they informed me were dispatched 13 days ago but I still haven't received them. I tried to contact Swift-Hart by telephone, but they don't answer. I emailed them and they replied that they had tracked it at their end but couldn't see anything until a delivery attempt had been made. It has been posted by Royal Mail. I know they are slow - but not that slow. I have e-mailed the company again twice as I can't get a response on the telephone asking for the tracking number so I can contact Royal Mail, but Swift-Hart have failed to respond. It will be seen if I ever receive my order and I understand deliveries can get lost but the lack of communication and concern shown by Swift-Hart is disgraceful. Please do not order from this company unless you have the order tracking number before you pay.
