Pars Rug Gallery @ Hartley Antiques

After a very longwinded period of no comunication from Pars they finally sorted the cleaning and return of my rug. I will not use them again as it was too much of a pain to sort anything with them, However the rugs was returned cleaned to a good standard.

We originally contacted PARS Rug Gallery in Romsey for a quote to get an antique rug cleaned. The rug was photographed and sent to the workshop for assessment. We received an initial email detailing the process involved and a guide price and within a week had the full assessment and quote. We decided to go ahead with the cleaning, which would also involve a new backing. During this time, we were contacted by Arash to ask if we would be interested in having the rug restored as it was quite heavily worn in some areas. He provided some background information about the rugs age and history and quoted for repair. It was not going to be cheap and despite our wish to have it repaired, it was unaffordable at the time. Arash discussed other options with us which gave us flexibility and the chance to save for the repairs and we decided to go ahead. There was no hard sell at any time. We are thrilled with the results. The rug is now clean, re-backed and restored to its former glory. The repairs are so good, its impossible to tell which bits have been restored. I would highly recommend PARS Rug Gallery for their services and for their professionalism.

I purchased a fine rug from Pars Rug Gallery. The rug was delivered in a timely manner and I'm very happy with the purchase. The rug was exactly what was described and the seller was professional and courteous. It was a very good experience.

I bought a stunning unique Kilim at Pars. The team were so helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, the range enormous. I felt I was dealing with real experts intent on helping me find what I wanted. I will not go anywhere else for a rug.

My experience with Pars Rug Gallery has been excellent and efficient. Arash, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Cannot rate the service highly enough. My rugs have come back like new much to my surprise as they very frayed in places and the fringing virtually non existent. Not any more Im pleased to say. I would certainly reccommend this company to my friends.
