I was looking for a Jaguar XE-S and found the ideal car at Stratus. The buying process was great. There was no sales pressure at all and they let the car sell itself. I asked for some minor blemishes to be corrected prior to sale and the service provided was quick and efficient. They serviced the car and I was able to collect it a few days later. The car is great and I am most grateful to Paul Evans in sales for his help. Doing business was a pleasure!

Back in February I found a car I liked in Stratus. I booked an appointment to view it. The guys were really chilled and gave me time to get my head around the car. After a few days I rang back, the car was still available, I went in for one more viewing and I purchased it. The sale guys were all amazing, knowledgeable, no pushy sales tactics, I fell really comfortable. The sale process was really smooth and I am very pleased with my 500x. Also when I picked her up she smelled really lovely and was sparkling clean. Thank you very much to all of you lovely bunch of people!

Worst experience in years, after getting keys and have a good check on the car I have returned and asked for a test drive, I have been asked if Im going to buy the car today, simply replied I don`t know yet as I need to test Your product, then again would I part exchange my car, again my response I need to test Your car first, and then again do i want to look at the offer they can...at that point I asked: will You let me test the car or not? I `ve been told You know if You're not buying the car today then....awkward silence! Instead of convince me to product "he" put me off! At that point I handled the keys back and left! Seriously?!? That sort of potential customer treatment? Pushing sales at its best radicicolous level! I will most certainly never come back neither my friends or family. 1 Star is too generous...
