Poor communication skills. Drove an hour and a half with a friend that was booked in at 2pm to view and test drive a car. arrived early and called up at 2pm find out the guy that was meant to show us the car was in London!! His response was he was still in London and had my friend booked in for 3pm even though they had 3 conversations during the week confirming 2pm also sent a text message confirming 2pm. The fact that the guy was in London he would not have been in time for 3pm anyway and my friend was ready to purchase the car there and then if he was happy with it. Sale lost there unfortunately. Very poor I must say. 1 star was the lowest rating I could put would put lower if given the option

Very poor aftersale comminications and follow up. . Lucas was very quick in dismissimg any of my concerns to either wear and tear therefore not covered by warranty despite the fact that my purchase of Aygo is under 3 months!! or trying to convince me that the parts are okay. I ended up paying 130 for pads and disc repairs at his partnered garage, when I asked him to cover this cost, he coldly pointed me to his repeated text messages saying 'wear and tear items are not covered by the warranty' I am stunned how his coldness and 'clevereness' still get him any customers. There are far more warmer,professional and honest sales people out there than this one-like other reviewer mentioned: I would have given this business less than 1 star if this was possible.!!
