MLH Builders Ltd

Found MLH builders through federation of master builders, which is a group that only invites builders they have personally inspected to be apart of. And due to his many 5* reviews we decided to contact and get a quote for our drive to be updated with brickwork and panels. This then went on (at our request) to include lights and an internal radius wall. Which mark was happy to complete for us. From the first time meeting mark to completion of the job he was professional and sought to always find the best solutions to our ever changing ideas. The quality of his workmanship is clear and we will be looking to use mark and his team at MLH again for future projects. Couldnt be happier and would recommend to all.

Avoid like the plague. Claims to be qualified in cureit roofs... He's not on their database of certified installers. The photos speak for themselves. We have a leaking roof that he won't rectify. He's blaming the internal decking for the leaks but the cureit rep has confirmed it's the top coat that failed. They are attending site to complete a full investigation along side a velux rep. He incorrectly installed these first time then jacked them up and now they to are leaking We are in a civil dispute and the federation of master builders are involved. He is claiming they are still owed money. He's also got HMRC investigating him. He took the job on and we paid him cash. He's now trying to claim he's owed more money and that's the reason he won't come back. Surely any builders reputation goes before money? Apparently not. Very very very poor work.

We had MLH Builders to build our porch, did everything from the brick work, roof, windows and rendering. Very professional, very sympathetic to the fact that we have two children and two dog's (working round our family life) would highly recommend!!
