        Got my haircut here a month or so ago, I asked for 3-4 inches off the back of my hair and left the salon with 6 inches being cut off. When I told the lady that she'd cut too much off her response was 'well it will still go in a ponytail' which was true, it would, but that doesn't mean I'm not bothered about the actual length of my hair. I was highly dissatisfied with my experience due to the clear lack of listening I was shown by the hairdressers despite, being very clear with my instructions.

        Today was my first trip to TVG. Sharon was so warm and friendly, there was such a lovely vibe. All of the staff were lovely! I laughed a lot AND got a fabulous hair cut. It was like a day out! Thank you x (Ps. I hope I spelt your name right!)
