Bridge Veterinary Group - Hartlepool

Cannot thank the team at Hartlepool enough for the care they gave to our dog today. She had a suspected severe allergic reaction to an unknown substance whilst out walking today. The staff from admin to Vet were just wonderful! Keeping us updated, discussing options, costs, treatment and plans. Forever grateful for saving our little pooch.

Had experience of having to say goodbye to our little Jack Russell and the staff were very sensitive & proffesional. Made a very hard time so much easier.

I'm on the wall here and if I find out this is true I'm taking both my dogs away from this vet! Without posting names, the vet practitioner in question will remember this was Friday 18th November. "Bridge vets Hartlepool hold you head in shametook my dog straight in cos he snapped his leg and poring with blood to get told there was nothing they can do cos I didnt pay 800 there and then he just shrugged his shoulders and said give him half a paracetamol I will say the girls behind the desk dont know what to say or do but were as helpful as the could be but its a shame they leaving animals in this state"
