Booked in with them to discuss options, get prices, book dates etc but after taking leave from work and making a 2hr round-trip I was told that no-one could speak to me - despite previously being told that the morning I attended was fine with Acura.
Wouldn't have taken much to msg me and ask me to rearrange, and prevented me wasting time and money. If that's the level of customer care, then I'll take my money elsewhere.
