AVOID AT ALL COSTS!. twice now i have applied for what was portrayed as legitimate job opportunity's only to do due diligence on the matter to find out the whole thing is a scam for DWP funding . they wanted me to train for 5 days unpaid just to put me onto an agency , I applied with the agency the same day effectively cutting out Orange box or what is now known OBS i suggest you do the all do the same . they have no issues deceiving you on the phone

They promised me an interview as a postal worker after I passed customer service level 1 course which I did and a week later they emailed me saying they had put a pause on recruitment. How can you advertise a job then say they are doing that. 7 weeks after I completed the course I am still waiting for my interview and they just ignore my emails asking for updates. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Applied to a job on indeed and was told I had to do a 5 day course in Middlesbrough to get a CSCS card. Done the 5 days to then be told I need to do an extra days course in Hartlepool, Went along with it as they provided transport for me. Finally the CSCS test got booked, and it's been booked in Easington, 23 miles from me and told me to make my own way there. I was told test would be in Middlesbrough. All forms of contact that has been made with the office has been ignored. Now they've received their money from the government for me to do the initial course they really don't seem to care. Will never use orangebox again. Update: After a trying to get through via email and phone calls I finally get through to who I needed to speak to and Orangebox have now arranged for my travel very last minute. For that I cant fault them but has been a stressful process. Updated review from 1 star to 3 stars.
