        Evolution Training is Fantastic outfit! Great courses and a pleasure to deal with. They actually understand our industry! and have hands on experience - please read on I run a medium sized skip/recycling operation 15-20 employees, I was initially contacted by Lucy I was advised about a variety of courses that may be applicable to us. I received a full plan of training courses at times/ dates to suit the business to save on any downtime / productivity loss. Financially it was a fantastic deal and I would of been a fool no to go ahead ! This was followed by Andrew and Erin coming to site to complete paperwork and talk me through the plan another real time/hassle saver for us. We have since had courses delivered by Sharon, Geoff (plant) and Stephen (1st aid) All had a real grasp on how to engage with the employees, and deliver practical training that is applicable to site with real world examples given. It is clear from talking with them they have a wealth of knowledge. A GREAT FIRM WILL USE AGAIN saved me a lot of hassle
