Rang up asking if they had any 16inch alloys as I only needed one, they told me they only have a set. I asked for a picture they told me Id have to drive down to view even though it was an hour drive away, got there on my spare tyre so by time I got there I needed one of the alloys on there and then (Id have found other ways to get home if I knew they were the wrong size), they were nice enough to fit it for me. However, they failed to notice I had 16 inch alloys on and I was buying 17 inch (which they told me were 16 inch when I rang up originally and when I arrived) i was then driving around over the weekend with a different sized alloy with my kids in the car not even realising, I messaged for an explanation and the person who sold me them didnt even apologise just put all the blame on to me making out like he said they were 17inch, they definitely didnt as Id previously rang 5 different places looking for 16 inch and wouldnt risk driving around with different sized alloys especially collecting them from an hour drive away. Was also told there was caps for the alloys which turns out, there wasnt. Over all I appreciate the help of the alloy putting on so I could get home however Im disgusted by them telling me the wrong size then all the blame was put on me to cover their own backs. Wouldnt go again; i recommend if youre going as a woman with little knowledge of cars then take a man who knows what theyre on about, wouldnt trust these again.
