        Taxi booked 6 hours in advance for a journey to the station. Taxi did not arrive. When I phoned to chase them up, was told they were looking for a driver. We missed the train - very expensive error.

        You should inform that you like pay by card in advance. Drivers don't provide receipts. I've called to get receipt by email. Receipt didn't receive.

        Booked a taxi for 11.30pm a week ago today. Told they didnt know what time theyd get to me. Still waiting for the taxi now. Spoke to another taxi firm who told me never to use these again
