Ive just had my first chat with Jonathan from Jackson & Copeland. He offered me some great free advice which I am going to put in place straight away. Im sure it will be the beginning of my journey with the company- they supply all the services Im going to need as an overseas landlord and Ive been really impressed with their communication.

Firstly this review isn't about the staff at Jackson & Copeland. The rating is for the workmen they employ for repairs. Never known such rude and condescending people! Electrician who was clearly annoyed at being called out at 4.30pm on a Friday (even said I'd ruined his day) when I had no sockets working in my kitchen. And a plumber who takes 2 days to respond to texts and quite happy to leave myself and daughter without a flushing toilet for almost 3 weeks. Was meant to come fit a new one today..its now 3.45 and I'm guessing it'll be a no show. Really need to get better repairmen on your books. The lasses are always really helpful and sympathetic whenever you call them but as I said, repairmen need to be courteous and polite not rude and unresponsive.
