The rudest staff ive ever encountered. I appreciate that some of the customers leave a lot to be desired but an elderly gentleman had stood waiting for open time for 15 minutes then the staff member came...unlocked the door and walked away. Customer service fail...didn't open the door for the man...didn't say good morning, could have been the only person that poor old man spoke to all week to collect his pension and the staff cant be bothered to even say good morning. When I was served not a please or thank you to be heard. *update* 5/6/21 STILL the rudest staff EVER! the small dark haired staff member hasn't got a please or thank you in her.... if I could be bothered to walk further to post by ebay stuff I would...the older lady is absolutely lovely and goes out of her way to be nice. I wish all the staff were like her, the place does nothing for my blood pressure

Been using this post office for years, but today will be the last time. Even though the staff are fully enclosed now behind covid protection screens, the male staff member today just barked "where's your mask, your supposed to wear one" so rude!!! I turned on my heel and walked out, went to a different post office in town where staff didn't question or query or bat an eyelid at my non compliance with wearing a mask! I've been double vaccinated and booster jabbed, I will not tolerate being spoken to in such a rude manner by a sub postmaster!!!
