Disappointed. The chips were stone cold, as was the kebab. It was so dry. No salad and the naan was a horrible flat shop bought wrap that was placed underneath just swimming in grease. Had to take it off my daughter as I was worried it wasn't safe to eat. Poor girl on the phone can't do anything obviously it's not her fault but I did phone to let them know about it. I wish I had read the reviews. This was a treat for us. Where is the standards at.

If I could rate 0 stars then I would, avoid this takeaway unless all you want is disappointment, we ordered before and our pizza arrived after an hour and a half, it looked as if they had flung it around their heads and then the driver sat on it, we tried to contact the store with zero success at getting through, we gave them one more try a few weeks later and we waited over 2 hours for delivery, we tried to ring them and despite 15 calls back to back there has been no answer and still no takeaway after 2 and a half hours, now going through the hassle of trying to get a refund for an order that just never arrived, terrible service all around, DO NOT USE! AVOID! Update.. food arrived after my partner drove down to the store due to a further 10 phonecalls not being answered to be told we wont get a refund as the food arrived, and we could maybe have a free garlic bread on our next order .. our food was undercooked, chips were raw, pizza was just dough and the parmo I wouldnt have fed to a wild animal.. please once again AVOID
