We were seated straight away and were told about all the deals. The customer service was excellent. The place was really clean and well kept. The food came quickly and was really tasty. Parking: Plenty of parking space close to the place.

Absolutely received the best first class prompt service from the lovely helpful friendly Libby, what a credit to Pizza Hut, superb personality We hadnt much of a clue what to order when we went to the take away counter but the patient smiley Libby helped us to decide which pizza, sides and pudding to choose. Great choice too, freshly oven baked pizza with loads of topping and deliciously flavoured fries, finished with cookie dough and ice cream . stuffed to bust !! No hesitation in recommending, very pleased with our visit

Good quality, waiting time, staff friendliness, location and atmosphere! Myself and my partner have both not been to Pizza Hut since we were kids but due to the location of the Hartlepool restaurant (right next to the cinema) and us being hungry we decided to go in and; loved it! It was sad to see it not as busy as we remember but it was a Monday night, we also both work in a restaurant near Hartlepool and know how important customer feedback is so we would like it to be noted that we had a great time and will definitely be back! Vegetarian options: My partner accidentally ordered the veggie pizza and said Meatless pizza should not be this nice but I might order another one
