ANTHONY MELENDREZ PHOTOGRAPHY

We booked Anthony for our very small, short but sweet wedding at the start of August and were really happy with the photos! We were sent a sneak peek the next day which was lovely to have so soon after the wedding and the rest of the photos were all ready within the time frame given. We recieved a usb with everything on and also a set of prints which were good quality in a lovely presentation box. We were very happy with the whole process and the service we recieved. Would deffo use again and recomend to others :) thankyou very much :)

Anthony is a great photographer, he was very unobtrusive at our wedding and took some beautiful photos which used the location really well. Would definitely recommend.

Anthony did our wedding photos. In all honesty they were good photos but that's it. We had an evening wedding in Hartlepool and albeit it was dark we would have expected a photographer to have brought extra lighting etc. The wedding was unusual but we had specified exactly what we wanted and had a few walk throughs too at the venue. Unfortunately, a lot of our photos are dark and very standard. The highlights that we were sent were the best ones. We expected the same quality for all the pictures. We would suggest doing some research on a photographer before booking. Anthony was difficult to get hold of at times (we appreciate that he has other commitments). We are just trying to give an honest review and to set expectations. We did also hire a photo booth and this was great and enjoyed by the guests and by us - hence the 3 stars. The only issue that has played on our minds was that we were asked to pay an additional 50 on the night as Anthony had failed to check our itinerary properly and stated he would need to stay longer than originally planned as we wanted all the main events on the night documenting. We were shocked by this but paid it on our wedding night. Overall Anthony is a nice guy and although we don't regret booking him we would suggest doing some research on the kind of photos you want. We had gone with the suggested photographer of the venue. A wedding is an important day and we are over the moon that we also booked a separate videographer (northguard_studios on instagram) to capture the moments perfectly. Without the video footage I don't think we would be as happy about the standard wedding photos.
