Really nice staff, had been told I had to get a prescription elsewhere for a sharps bin as I hadnt been provided with one before for the warfarin Id been taking for my ankle. They ended up just charging me 1.50 for it instead of making me pay the full prescription amount. Nice thing to do, cant fault them at all.

Changed from s large supermarket pharmacy because of constant errors and glitches (no names but began with 'T') and have found Clayfields to be excellent to deal with. Their service is fast, polite and trouble free. I have no hesitation in recommending this pharmacy. Two years ago and the above was correct. Now a very different story. A prescription for two medical accessories was sent to the pharmacy. I did not receive them straight away so assumed that they had been mistakenly put aside for collection instead of delivery by mistake. As I did not require the items immediately I left it until I was to have another prescription delivered. When these items never turned up I phoned and was told that they had been delivered to me. The lady on the phone had a terrible attitude and was insistent that I had received them. The courier was in the shop at the time and I heard him say that I was in the kitchen when he delivered the items which was not possible as my kitchen can hardly be seen as you approach my front door and as I am hooked up to oxygen a lot of the time I certainly do not stand in my kitchen. These items must have been delivered to the wrong person. I should have followed up on this and put in a further complaint but, as I am in really poor health, just could not be bothered with the hassle. There have been a couple of minor glitches since then but overlooked. The two prescriptions were sent in on the same day, one by a nurse and one a doctor. The one from the nurse turned up the following morning which was fine. The other from the doctor was not there so I phoned the pharmacy and again spoke to the woman with the poor attitude with customers. She said the prescription was there but they were really busy. I told her the the doctor had phoned to say it should have been ready the previous day and her answer was 'the doctor doesn't work here' I didn't receive it until the following lunchtime. I have changed pharmacies because if I had reason to talk to this woman again I may be rude to her. Did COVID knock all the good manners out of people!

Terrible chemist since it changed hands late with medication constant owed notes that have left me weeks without medication I needed and now the phones have been down for 4 days with zero other way to contact them Im heavily disabled and can not even get down to the chemist so Im just sat in limbo its a roll of the dice if Ill get my medication
