Every time I have been for a prescription even though I am polite one member of staff is rude needs a course in customer care won't be using this chemist any more

At approx 0953 on 21/10/2022 I witnessed the male pharmacist raising his voice and talking down to a very polite gentleman who turned up for his prescription of blood pressure medication. The pharmacist proceeded to tell the gentleman that the prescription was only submitted by the GP surgery yesterday and that they were busy and 'what does he expect?' I then interjected and told the pharmacist in no uncertain terms that he should be speaking to the customer with more respect and apologise for his attitude towards the elderly customer. I then explained to the pharmacist that I would take my custom elsewhere from now on and I left the store. Such a disgusting, disrespectful display of poor customer service and respect to others. Very disappointed that Boots feel its acceptable to have people like this in a customer facing role. Neither I nor my family and friends will use this pharmacy again.
