Would not recommend this shop for getting your prescriptions from. You order them 72 hours before then when you go to collect, they are never ready then you end up waiting a week more for them when you complain its always someone else's fault never there's.!! They never answer the phone,don't like customers complaining and never accept responsibility for their poor performance. If you try to reason with them they turn the blame on you making it 'your the problem." Don't try to complain... because you won't or can't win.

I've had my meds for a long time and the poor lasses behind the counter take some horrible stick off some customers! I've found them very professional and understanding, we all need stuff and some people just want to take out their frustrations on the staff because their own doctors don't get it right! Keep up the good work you lovely lot. I look forward to my regular visits and chats x
