Absolutely fantastic! My dog had the best time. Staff are brilliant, I can't recommend this highly enough as a fun day for your dog. Id give 10 stars if I was able.

Absolutely terrible place. A previous groomer who left to move to a different town was abusive towards the animals! Shouting and screaming at them, hitting them. Many dogs that came in after she'd left were terrified to be groomed! The owner is a cow also, over works you and underpays you. Lies about your wages being 9 quid an hour then pays you minimum wage! Doesn't let you take breaks and forces you to groom a dog per hour. Any groomer knows that for some you need at least 2 hours to bath, dry and groom the dog. The owner also tries to guilt trip you when you want to leave, tries to call your future employer and is just a rude and horrible person. The only good thing about this place is the swimming pool! Not worth your money, not worth your time when your dog will come out with issues! Money grabbing thrives!
