Roxy's Rainbow Pet Cremation

What can I say... Wendy you've been absolutely amazing. I couldn't recommend Roxy's Rainbows enough. We sadly lost our baby girl, Peppa, on Tuesday. I contacted Roxy's Rainbows (unsure of what to expect) and honestly, from the first telephone call the service has been outstanding. Wendy arranged for Peppa to be collected from the vets straight away and updated me every step of the way. We were able to go and say our final goodbyes in their farewell room (which is truly beautiful) and our little girl looked so peaceful. Wendy was so nurturing and had clearly looked after Peppa like she was her own. I can't thank you enough. The hardest few days of my life but the perfect send off for our little girl. Treat with kindness and compassion to the very end. I'm at peace knowing how well she was looked after. Thank you so so much. xxx

We lost our beautiful girl Millie March 31st and our gorgeous boy Max May 2nd. The Roxy's Rainbow family were amazing on both occasions. Thankyou so much from the bottom of our hearts

Our beautiful boy Bobby passed away a year ago at the age of 13years.We were not ready for him to go over the rainbow But roxys rainbow made it so much easier giving him the respect and love from all of his family he truly deserved % would recommend this service

Amazing caring team!! We chose Roxys Rainbow for our beloved 17 year old cat Jasper. He passed away at our home with the help of Kim from Paws at Peace on Wednesday 19th April. We kept Jasper with us overnight and then we took him to Roxys Rainbow the following morning. Darren then laid Jasper out in the family/memorial room for us to say our last goodbyes. When I say he was laid out, he looked like he was tucked up in bed peacefully sleeping, covered in a rainbow blanket, the lights were dimly lit, there was a candle burning and peaceful quiet music playing. It was more beautiful than any human funeral directors that Ive ever visited where Ive gone to view the body to say goodbye. Jasper was then cremated on site by Darren the same day. Just knowing Jaspers whereabouts at all times after his passing was comforting. We picked his ashes up the following day. We were given 2 prints of his little paws, 2 vials of his fur, a card from the team, a certificate of cremation and for Jaspers ashes, I chose a memory bear with his ashes securely inside, the bear came beautifully presented in an organza bag. I can not rate Roxys Rainbow highly enough. The team are just amazing at what they do. Thank you so much Roxys Rainbow!

We recently lost our gorgeous cocker spaniel Ozzy and Roxy's Rainbow provided a great source of comfort to our family and we had him back at home with us the following day. Our pets really are such a big part of the family and the care and compassion shown from this service was second to none
