Rare Beasts Gym

I started Rare Beasts gym and lost 15lbs in 7 weeks. Its perfect for those who don't want to train infront of people or in a public gym as they offer private 1 to 1 sessions. Charles offers lifestyle guidance and eating plans if you would like them. Since joining I am fitter and healthier than I have been in a long time, I definitely recommend it.

I Started training at Rare Beasts Gym in March, a month after my partner had started. There was already a noticeable difference in his physique and he came home having always thoroughly enjoyed his session so I thought why not give it a try. I have never looked back since! The gym itself has everything you would need in a gym; mats, weight, machines, bikes etc. I currently have 2, 1 hour PT sessions a week, which are very reasonably priced and have resulted in a weight loss of 2 stone. Although this is a definite bonus, whats more important is how much I enjoy going. From my very first session, I felt at ease with Charles, we discussed what I had hoped to get from the sessions and he provided me with advice about the diet aspect as well as the training. The sessions are individually tailored so you dont have to worry about your current fitness levels. He definitely makes you work hard but not to the point where you never want to go back ( weve all been to those kinds of classes or sessions!). If you are looking for a gym that supports and encourages you on your individual journey this is definitely the place for you. Even during those weeks, where the scales have crept in the wrong direction, I have come out motivated and positive. The gym is now just part of my lifestyle and thanks to Rare Beasts I am now fitter, healthier and happier.

I have been with rare beasts for a year now after trying with another gym I contact Charles and he was more than happy to talk me through my concerns and give me the advice I needed to achieve my goals and here we are a year later 2 stone down and never felt better if you are looking to start a weight loss journey or even just that first step to making a life style change give this man a call not only a coach a friend too
