His sessions are challenging, fun and helped reignite my interest in fitness. He was very friendly and welcoming from the very first session, he has not only helped me to reach my weight loss goals but also greatly improved my physical fitness. Anyone thinking about booking a training session should go for it, its the best decision youll make for your health and fitness.

    Ive been having personal training sessions with Dan for a year now and I could not be happier with my results. Ive lost over a stone and a half in weight and completely changed my body shape in the process. Ive always gone through phases where Ive gained weight, then lost it but never been able to make any lasting changes. With Dans support and guidance I feel like Ive finally been able to make the lifestyle changes that will result in the weight staying off. Dans sessions are never dull and even though I know hes going to make me work hard I always look forward to what hes got planned for me next.
