        The service at this opticians is second to none. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I recently need to buy new glasses and the expertise of all the staff is amazing.

        I visited Pagan & McQuade for my regular eye test with Mr Tony Saunders. The eye test was thorough with my eyes being checked inside and out. I feel the customer service here is second to none, kind, professional, helpful staff who are so very attuned to their patients needs. I found the range of new frames brilliant with a nice blend of designer and high street brands. I was able to book a second appointment to choose my frames and to sort out the lens options available, this is really helpful both to the staff and patient as it allows uninterrupted time to do this. I thought the idea of free lens spray with unlimited top ups is a lovely touch. I'm more than happy to recommend the Hartlepool branch to anybody who asks.
