Kelly has been amazing throughout this whole experience. Like most first time buyers we had very little knowledge around buying a house and any queries we had Kelly helped put our mind at ease. We didnt have the best experience with regards to solicitors and it did get very stressful at one point but after making her aware, Kelly did what she could to escalate the issue. I would recommend her and the Original Morgage Company to anyone. Side note, this isnt a criticism on anyone but I do think more knowledge is needed around buying a house as at certain points we felt so helpless so I would advise anyone to research into steps taken throughout the whole process themselves too
