Contacted Jim on a recommendation wafter struggling to secure a mortgage. Jim was immediately reassuring and on the ball with excellent advice, and he had several offers on the table in very short order, and provided excellent support and communication throughout the whole process. Jim also proved throughout the process that he was completely unbiased and independent, and put my needs/best interests first. A very professional, friendly and ultimately honest service, very highly recommended.

Terrible communication, didn't get any feedback. Repeatedly asked for documents to be removed from the portal, which still hasn't been done almost 1 year later. An absolute disappointment.

Jims expertise are absolutely fabulous. As first time buyers we had little experience in even looking at mortgages never mind setting one up. Jim did almost all of the background work for us and made the parts we needed to do very easy and straightforward! We live 40 minutes from Jims office and he couldnt have done enough for us which meant little travelling on our behalf! We have also taken life insurance with Jim as again his experience and non-biased information was second to none. We really cannot rate Jim highly enough and are so grateful. On a personal level Jim is extremely friendly and approachable, we would both highly recommend to anyone looking for either a mortgage or insurance.
