Hi This was my 1st private accommodation in UK as a doctor. I always lived in hospital accommodation for past 6 yrs. I absolutely loved living at the riverside property. It was very peaceful and fruitful stay. I managed to pass my final exams from this property. Hamway's Hartlepool was exceptionally good in providing support through out my stay in terms of emergency or non emergency work. Maintinence people are good and helpful in providing timely services. If given the apportunity, I will come back and live in Hamways property again :-). Thank you Dr Bhavana

This is my 6th apartment with Hamways mainly in Harriet House. The support from all Hamways' staff, both office and site based, has always been of the highest quality and the response to any issues is always speedy and efficient. The visibility of staff in the apartment location on a regular basis is a big plus and gives reassurance particularly to the more vulnerable tenants.
