I go on a weekly basis for Physio with Phoebe and Jade for some issues with my hip. This is my first experience having physio and I couldnt have went somewhere more informative and helpful. They answer any questions or queries I have, and provide me with good ways of helping myself away from physio. I didnt know physio could be so enjoyable but they both definitely do make it that way

I suffer with shoulder/neck pain and had 6 treatment sessions with Phoebe. Initially I had been in a lot of pain and was sceptical that anything could be done to improve the situation. She was fantastic and her friendly manner made me feel very relaxed. Due to the specific exercises and physical treatment, my pain was eased and I was able to continue playing golf and do gym classes. Highly recommended.
