Not only are his skills, ability and experience extensive, but he has a great way of putting across the best way to help yourself and mitigate any future issues.         I can't recommend Martin enough. I went to Active Physio after a bulging disc left me in severe pain. Martin was knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of my recovery. He was always at hand for advice and support. After 3 months I am now able to attend the gym after struggling to walk at the worst of my back problems. I can't thank Martin enough for helping my recovery.
