        Perhaps - Should have gone to Specsavers.!. Went to boots and had a Very thorough eye examination by very nice optician. I was encouraged to but some drops at full price - visited main boots afterwards and they had discount or 3 for 2 in the same product! But perhaps they were not aware of pride discrepancy. Did not receive my prescription so popped in to collect it. Initially, some staff very pleasant however it Took some time and they were unable to print it from the computer. I took a photo of the screen to save printing and was literally shouted at by one rather irate member of staff! They rather rudely shouted at me to delete the photo which would have been far better handled. So overall I was not happy which is a shame as the people doing the examinations are very good but the expectation is you will buy Boots glasses and the curt sales staff is an unnecessary experience by one rude member of staff. Spec savers are next door - Id probably try then next time !!

        After visiting the doctor and being told to call my opticians for an emergency appointment, they were unable to see me for a week in 2 different stores!! Popped into boots opticians which is next door and was seen within 10 minutes. Confirmed corneal ulcer, i also received a wellbeing call a few days later followed up with another screening to check the ulcer! Thankfully it went. I've now transferred my contact lenses subscription to boots, ordered my new glasses and will be swapping my family over to boots too! Just shows good customer service pays off! Special thanks to Emma and Azif.. boots opticians all the way for me and my family now.

        After reading online about Zeiss DriveSafe lenses, I called in to Boots to get some advice and cant thank Clare & Sophie enough for their advice and help! I bought the lenses which I am really pleased with, the improvement in my night vision whilst driving is Impressive! I received a voucher for 50% off a second pair and went back as I needed a pair for computer work, Clare recommended another type of Zeiss lenses which I bought and have found them excellent too. Excellent service
