I joined while on maternity leave wanting to get fit and to learn how to defend my self if necessary. Ive achieved both of these goals and I still have a long way to go on my journey.
Master Featherstone and the Dans are amazing instructors and everyone is so supportive. We have all had a day 1 when we didnt know what to expect or thought that we couldnt do it. But we did do it (and still are doing it) and so can you!
