Had the worst dealings with the director of cactus products limited; Ray. Product didnt arrive by dpd on the day it said it would arrive by the courier. I sent a message to the seller (via Amazon) who sent me the same information I could access from dpd. I said I have seen that already and as a seller please could he chase this up with dpd to see what was going on. Ray replied saying he cant do anything until 21st April as this is the date it said would be due on Amazon. I said ok thanks, if it doesnt arrive on 21st Ill be in contact to chase it again. Ray then responded with Im not some sort of dog you no to which I replied youre right youre not but good customer service goes a long way which I cant see here. His bizarrely rude messages continued telling me I am what is wrong with selling on Amazon. I explained that I didnt complain or accuse I was factual, explained what had happened and suggested if he doesnt want to do the work of a seller maybe selling isnt for him. He also rang my mobile during this conversation and then put phone down - why I dont know. he called me boring and more boring, to which I let him know sarcastically he will be getting a good review, in the end Id had enough of his rudeness and appalling customer service and sent the following message Thanks for giving me your number ray liddell director of cactus products limited. This will be my last message now, if my order doesnt arrive on 21st I will be in contact again. Have a lovely day, you seem like a wonderful bloke, a real joy to be around. Take care now pet. Hugs and kisses! He responded letting me know hed requested the product he returned to him, I said great I look forward to my refund hitting the bank to which he replied and I quote : No, I'm not refunding, you can fight for it xx I didnt reply, I have informed Amazon who have a copy of the conversation and a complaint has been logged. Had Ray not responded with he isnt refunding and I can fight for it, I wouldnt have bothered writing this review, however, I think he is appalling with what he has done and outright admission of intent to deprive me of a refund, basically theft. I will never be returning as a customer (although I doubt hed want me to buy from him again) and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Ray may like to dispute what has been said in this review however; I have the screenshots of the conversation and Id happily share them.

I was given two different delivery dates, nothing arrived on either dates. They blamed Royal Mail's Covid problems. Still waiting...

Good product and good service, I first ordered on 1st July 2020 and received the goods in 3 days. I was so pleased with the product and service I ordered for my mum on 19th Aug and the goods were delivered on 21st Aug.
