I dont normally write reviews but really wanted to here. Our lift at home is used for a member of the family who is disabled and it broke down just after Christmas and the company who serviced the lift were unable to fix it and it was evident they did not have a clue. They suggested ordering a part for it, at great expense, but didnt know whether it would fix the problem. We came across Cibes Lift UK while investigating ourselves for someone who could help. As soon as we spoke to Dee we were pleased to note how knowledgeable she was and helpful. She arranged for Chris Peberdy to visit and when he did we found him to be just brilliant. It was immediately evident how knowledgeable he was and as well as fixing the lift gave us the reassurance that we needed that it was safe to use and he assured us he would keep us right regarding its future condition and advise when we would need a new lift. Chris was so easy to talk to and our safety was uppermost in his mind. We would highly recommend using this company. We thought we were dealing with experts before but it turned out they were not servicing it properly and definitely not in the same league as Chris who is the true expert who pointed out and fixed the problems with relative ease and he is a credit to this company. Our new lift will eventually be purchased through Cibes and all our future servicing done by them.

I just wanted to message you to say we use your services and buy spare parts from Cibes on a regular basis. Also we have chris peberdy available to help us when we have technical issues at site. We are happy with the service we get from you guys thanks
