Solid Oak Hardwood Furniture

I bought a bench at the beginning of May with delivery promised in 2 weeks . It is now July 9. Every time I rang I was fobbed off with a different excuse. Now, noone answers the phone and my calls have not been returned. I would have given NO stars but was unable to post!

We ordered a 500 (1500mm) Barfleur Teak bench with custom flat arms for drinks and it is absolutely beautiful! As everyone was ordering garden furniture during lockdown, it was slower than usual to arrive but Karl said this would be the case. We were determined to have a really high quality forever bench and it certainly hits the spot and was well worth the wait! We had some engraving on the top rail to hopefully dissuade thrives too. We hope to order again in the future.

I bought a bench at the start of lockdown - despite the impending situation the bench was made and the money was taken at the speed of light, it arrived within a few days. Within a week, the arm split about 2-3mm from the outside - no big deal, and when i phoned i was told that the bench would be collected and a temporary replacement left behind. I was really impressed. Sadly, 6 months later and several vm messages later, I have heard nothing. The crack is clearly worse now and i have given up trying. Premium price - yes. Premium product - not in my experience. Customer service - appalling. Would advise you to shop around.
