I really regret that I didn't read the review before subscribing to their service...What the negative comments said is true, the MSP is an absolute nightmare for property buyer...My case was left idle in their files for 4 months and nothing was done. They never keep their words to send you the documents. They are impatient in answering your call if you are lucky enough to get through them... To say that MSP is unprofessional is a total understatement! What a disgrace to the legal/conveyancing profession! (PS, why Google has no "zero" star in the review section? MSP doesn't deserve any!)

Fiona and the team did an excellent job of completing a house sale and purchase for us. Advice and efficiency of the work was excellent throughout. I wouldnt hesitate to use MSP again, and would highly recommend them.

I am not one to write reviews however I would hate for anyone to go through the stress we did due to this companies failures. MSP was the sellers solicitors of the house we were purchasing and to say they made the process hard is an understatement. My solicitors calls and emails were ignored for months even up to the day of our house move they ignored us. My solicitor had to go into MSP's office and demand an exchange of contracts or it wouldn't of happened. Avoid this company if you want to save yourself a lot of stress!

Fiona and the team did an excellent job of completing a house sale and purchase for us. Timelines changed quickly throughout, and Fiona was able to keep the process on course. She mediated for us on a couple of issues, and often worked well out of office hours to assist us when necessary. Fiona also resolved a post sale issue, which we were very grateful for. We wouldnt hesitate to use MSP again, and would highly recommend them.
