        If I could give this 0 stars I would!! The food arrived and it was appalling. The lamb madras was just 8 lumps of small fat! The rice was tasteless and the poppadoms stale. I rang up and the young girl said she didnt know what do about it. No apology. I said Id like a refund and she said it needed to be done via HartlepoolEats. I then rang and spoke with a different person, a man who was extremely argumentative and said listen up and that if you buy Asda you return it not quite sure what he wanted me to do, scrape the food out of the bin and drive to their shop and do what? Still not get my refund. If they wanted the food back that badly they should have arranged to a driver to collect it and bring me a cash refund! Will never order from these again: and Ill ensure no one I know does either!
