Ordered food at 11pm told it would be here within the hour, its now 2am and no delivery, rang them multiple times and no answer but have took the money, worst take away in Hartlepool, all the staff are clueless and really struggling to find a brain cell between them, if they cant take a customers order then just reject it instead of taking the money then not even delivering it, iv requested a refund of just eat for nothing delivered, just goes to show how useless these take away owners are, rob me again for my money and youll see what happens Dietary restrictions: Worst take away in Hartlepool

Just ordered delivery doner meat chips with cheese tub garlic sauce and a chocolate fudge cake absolutely spot on nice food and good quality as allways

I ordered my tea.... they said it gor delivered at 10 past but I never got it, I rang up constantly, kept tryna et a refund from hartlepool eats yet they wouldny not answer. Never ordering again! Absolutely scumbags, take monet but won't give the orders

So after being out for the night we ordered a pizza at 1:10am. Obviously hungry we looking forward to the food arriving. After waiting for 45 mins (10mins longer than we were told) I rang the restaurant and got an apology and was told they would get the delivery driver to send the food straight out. I then proceeded to wait another 30 mins. So I rang again hoping to get abit futher in knowing how long it was going to be, when the restaurant and we the phone I spoke to a rude man that told me all the food had left the restaurant and they had been busy. (which yes i understand that they wouldve probably been busy considering it is saturday). So being patient I continued to wait and after 2 hours it finally showed up. Upon arrival the delivery driver shoved the food into my hands tipping the pizza box on its side. When we began to eat the food the chips were soggy and the pizza tasted stale and cold. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Will also be wanting a refund.
