        Terrible , was told to go in for 14.00hrs, for a patch test. Kept me waiting ages then manager Graeme I think was really rude when informing me it was going to be alot later than 14.00hrs. I walked out . Not paying over the odds to be treat rudely. Went elsewhere.

        Visited the salon Saturday . Had highlights and a cut by Martin. Colour nice but the haircut was terrible. Had long thick hair went with a photograph of how I wanted my hair. 3-4inchs shorter than what I wanted and no shape or style what's so ever. Went to a wedding that same day and cried all day over my hair. Totally ruined. Would never step foot in this salon again. Yesterday Sunday. I had to call a mobile hairdresser to ce and fix it and give my hair some shape and style. The salon charged me 101 . A lot of money for a total disaster. The mobile hairdresser was my life saver. It now looks a million times better. She also commented on how badly my hair had been cut. My advice never go here to have a haircut. Left me very sad and unhappy
