Lisa and Jill are amazing coaches, always spur you on to achieve your best. Even though it group workouts, its like having 1-1 PT. Deb provides you with all the tools and support you need for a cleaner healthy lifestyle. Even after just 2 weeks Fitness classes and 1st week of Nutrition plan, I can see and feel a difference. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of changing their lifestyle. It's never too late and no matter what your Fitness level, it's never too late. I was very nervous of starting ( even though I've known Lisa all my life), everyone who attends the classes is supportive. I'm loving it. Thanks Guys.
