        Jamie and the team run an unbelievably welcoming gym tailored for all. If your worried about what people will think or you don't think your fit enough and won't fit in, then don't worry. Fit House isn't your regular gym full of posers or IT people staring at themselves, in fact there isn't a mirror in sight. The classes ran by very informed and helpful training staff and the help you receive every step of the way makes it a lot easier. Give it a go, what have you got to lose.
