First rate service by Carl and the team. Nothing was a problem or a hassle and they made sure everything went smoothly. Our mum could not have had a better or more fitting send off and a lot of that credit must go to them. Thank you

Thank you Andrew Gardner and staff for the professional and caring service given during the difficult and trying time of arranging the cremation of my late mother. My sisters and I found their suggestions and knowledge made the whole process, not easier but a lot more simple. The actual day of the cremation went very well and the family found comfort in the help and directions given by Andrew. The dress and bearing of the staff added to the atmosphere of respect shown to my mother.

Me and My family had the unfortunate experience of organising my mothers funeral, unfortunately she passed away suddenly and we were not expecting it all. Just want to say a huge thank you to Ryan and the whole team at Victoria House, absolute brilliant and treat us all with 10/10 professionalism but at the same time down to earth, helped us to feel comfortable when it was hard and they understood everything from start to finish. HUGE thanks once again Especially Ryan, you helped us all give my mam the send off she deserved and despite the terrible and heartbreaking situation. We are so glad we used Victoria House. Also would like to add we used celebrant Tony Green from the headland and he gave the ceremony a touch of class like no other had everything we wanted and would highly recommend him aswell. So sorry for your loss if you are looking for recommendations but honestly wouldnt recommend anybody else. My little Mam Thanks once again everyone
