        The lack of professionalism is going to get someone killed the receptionist think they are doctors and think they have the right to tell u what u need and what u don't need

        Absolute terrible service. Have to ring from 8.30am, after hundreds of times trying to get through, rude receptionists, speak to you like their better then you, no appointments. Was like this before covid and it's gotten drastically worse since. They have 5 linked surgeries and yet you still can't be seen by a doctor. Covid jabs no problem, just anything else is a no go.
