Bankhouse Surgery

Why are people rating this Drs. do they get seen by the practice, and if they do why is nothing being done to rectify problems patients have mentioned.

ZERO STARS!!!! I would not recommend at all!! Had an appointment booked, got out of work to go arrived 7 minutes late because of traffic and was left in the waiting room for an HOUR before I had to ask what was happening as I had to be back at work to be told if I wanted to be seen because I was late I'd have to wait over another hour! Receptionist was rude! She spoke down to a vulnerable old lady who was basically begging for tablets that she NEEDS everyday. A member of the public ingot involved to explain he had been in a similar situation and that if the receptionist had seen the doctor they can get her what she needs for the receptionist to say "I'm dealing with her not you" No wonder people are DYING. Seriously don't know how these receptionists sleep at night!

Went to take my autistic daughter for an important appointment. Got there and found that it got cancelled without notifying myself, my daughter or her Father. They insisted that they sent a text but neither of us got the cancellation text. We did get a reminder to turn up at the appointment the day before. My daughter was extremely nervous. Now she has to spend another 2 weeks 2 weeks being nervous

I have visited bankhouse surgery many many times over the years and always been extremely happy with the service Ive received from all the staff. Keep up the good work
