        Bought an item in-store. 2 mins later it said ready to collect. It was not ready, 5 mins later it still wasn't. Asked a member of staff who wandered around the back for 10 mins and came back saying he couldn't find it, meanwhile other staff marked the item as collected. Just asked for a refund in the end. Flawed system and flawed staff.

        Could I thank the young people who sorted out a bit of a problem with my phone at the hartlepool store on Monday evening Operator error, I wasn't made to look a prawn . Please thank them both very much for their assistance.
