        Unprofessional and rude. I have been waiting for over an hour for my booked appointment just to then find out myself the dentist accidentally took another patient on my appoitment time without telling me. When trying to sort another appotment out with the reception, i have been met with a rude treatment evnthough it was the dentists fault in the first place and no one informed me untill i asked myself.

        This dentist is shocking since its changed over from flemming it takes month to get a appointment then always ring you and cancel it. Had no problem when it was flemming. Ivybeen coming here for 42 years Im now changing dentist
