        When Jo came to see the house and quote me for a deep clean of my mother's house I thought she seemed professional and knew what to do. However, on the day 3 ladies (not including Jo) turned up an hour late, because one of them had slept in, and then gave the house the most superficial clean I've ever seen. They were clearly in a rush to make up lost time, and I had to point out several things they had missed. When I saw more things they missed, i just wanted them off the premises. They were already packing up at this point anyway. They missed dusting skirting, cobwebs on the ceiling, didn't clean all the fat splashes in the kitchen, didn't clean the cooker that I'd specifically asked for, didn't wash skirting, and didn't do a proper vac through. Most definitely not worth anywhere near the 88 they charged me.
