Totally disappointed with my Hugh Mackay Prince Bishop Trellis Axminster carpet as within weeks of being fitted the carpet looked shaded giving it an appearance of an old worn carpet and looking nothing like the sample viewed in the the shop.Carpet Shop informs me that the shading is a characteristic of a cut pile carpet and can be apparent in brand new carpets.I would not have purchased it if I was told this at the time of purchase.If you do not want to cry everytime you look at your new carpet do not buy a cut pile carpet & in particular a Prince Bishop Trellis carpet.

Purchased a carpet frm kiddy carpets fitted by them 23rd dec 2020 complained the tram lines in the carpet.shop didnt want to know they requested EMail pics which we sent twice! After numerous conversations.we stated we were not happy we would be taking it further...then they said somebody would come out frm the carpet manufacturer but if they were happy carpet was fine WE would have to pay for this service! Absolutely disgusting as we are 1st time customers! Customer does not exist!!

I have recently purchased a Hugh Mackay Deco Stripes carpet and I am really impressed with the quality. I used the visualiser on the website to help me decide if the carpet I was wanting would look good in my study. It was helpful and assisted me on my final decision as I could see the result I was aiming for, I would highly recommend your company.

We are a carpet retailer in Gwent and the Vale of Glamorgan and stock a large selection Hugh Mackay carpets. I have to say that I find there carpets and customer service of the highest quality and would highly recommend them.
