DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Phoned these people and asked them to come and look at my carpet. Couldn't agree a time because I work 9-5 every day, but then realised I could ask a friend to sit in my house for the day. They agreed to do this for me, but no one from the company turned up. I called, and asked why no one came, and they just said "we had no time, there's nothing I can do". Then hung up on me. Disappointing and rude.

Had my couches cleaned 3 weeks ago and was told when they dried they would be immaculate and they're not. I paid 70 and phoned to discuss the fact they're patchy and not clean and have not been able to get through just rings with no voicemail option. I even messaged on fb and he hasn't even opened it. I would avoid as any problems you won't get hold of him.

Phoned and booked my rug to get cleaned, first attempt to collect rug they noted down the wrong house number, I actually seen their van pass my house. The second time I made sure they knew my house number, I again waited in all day but nobody came. Two days of waiting in the house, just not acceptable, I was lucky to be able to work from home. It would of been nice if you could of called upon arriving at my street or to tell me you cannot make it.
